REFUND POLICY:

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

» My CC keeps getting declined?

You must enter in the exact address that is on file with your CC company.  Any variation will return a false card denial. Please contact your CC company to obtain your address on file.

» Where to stay? Do you have hotel deals? Shuttles?

The official ‘Black Party hotel is The Westin Crown Center.  The Westin/Sheraton is a AAA four-diamond hotel located less than 2 miles from the event.  The hotel block is already sold out. Please visit here for more of our hotel deals! We are not running shuttles this year.

» Will there be security at the event?

Yes, we have staffed an entire security team including off duty police officers to ensure the safety of all our guests.

» What is the dress code?

Please dress to impress.  Jeans must be accompanied with a sport coat, no work boots, no ball caps and no baggy pants of any kind.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons. This party is no longer a Black Tie only event.

» CAN I UPGRADE TO A VIP TICKET?

YES, please email us at comments@bordaproductions.com to purchase, or secure the VIP Upgrade option directly via our check-out page. Please note that this upgrade must be used in combination with a GA ticket to receive VIP admission.

» Will there be Uber/Lyft/Cabs/Limo’s available?

Yes, we have notified major cab companies and Uber/Lyft about the event.   It is advised to plan ahead for transportation. Consider staying at the official NYE party hotel, the 4 star Westin Crown Center, and utilize our shuttle service.

» Is there a coat check?

Yes, a coat check will be provided for $4 each article of clothing or item.

» Is there a larger discounted group rate?

Yes, larger discounted group rates start with 10 people or more. Email us to purchase.

» What is the cost of drinks?

ZERO.  The Black Party NYE is an All-Inclusive Premium Beverage event, drinks are included in the ticket price.

» Where can I get tickets?

This year the only way to purchase tickets is directly through our website.  We do not advise purchasing tickets from third parties or any other website as they may be counterfeit.  ALL tickets will be scanned in order to enter.

» Can I bring in outside food or drink?

No food or drink of any form may be brought in.  This includes water.

» Is there a smoking area?

Yes, we have added a designated outdoor smoking area to the event this year.

» Can I leave the event and re-enter?

No. Please note there is a smoking area on the outdoor patio within the venue compound.

» What are the age restrictions?

21+ Only.

» If I put my wristband on too tight or too loose or if I lose it can I get another one?

No, due to fraud and official capacity counts no additional wristbands will be given out.  Make sure to put your wristband on correctly and comfortably.

» Who should I contact during the event if I have an issue or problem?

Please notify the nearest security officer, police officer, or management staff.

» Can I wear hats or boots?

No baseball hats or work boots. Other hats and dress boots may be accepted at the discretion of security.

» What happens at midnight?

The event features a unique countdown to bring in the New Year with a balloon drop!

» When is the party over?

The drink packages end at 1 am. Everyone must be out of the venue at 1:30 am.

» Is there food?

We do not serve food.

» Are shots included?

Shots are not included in the drink packages. They may be purchased at the bar.

» Are there any COVID restrictions or protocols?

While we recommend getting vaccinated we do not have any official Covid protocols. There is no mask mandate.
